Review of Arbonne International mdpomerleau@myarbonne.com I became an Independent Consultant with Arbonne in May 2005. Before Arbonne, I was working in Corporate America (in Emergency Services). I was very unhappy and dreamed of being home with my two daughters. When I was given the gift of Arbonne, I was asked to picture myself in 5 years. If I kept doing what I was doing, where would I be, and would I be happy doing it? I didn't like the answer! I had tried several other Network Marketing/MLM businesses that didn't work for me. I tried everything from candles and house decorations to weight loss shakes! I was skeptical and thought "those things" don't really work. I decided to do some research before I got involved. I LOVED WHAT I SAW! So I became involved for many reasons, but here are a few. Flexibility - I wanted to choose how I spent my time. I also wanted to bring home a substantial income to help my husband provide for our family. Arbonne offers time leveragability. For example, if I work my business 10 hours per week, and 4 of my teammates work their businesses 10 hours per week, I get paid on 50 hours of earning power. Consumable products - All Arbonne's products are consumable and many are used daily. Every day use equals repeat sales and profit. I build relationships with my clients so they know, like and trust me, and they return to me when it is time to re-order. Health and wellness has never been more important then it is today, so our products are in high demand! International Markets - When I joined Arbonne, the products were only available in the US and Canada. In July 2007 we expanded into Australia and in November 2007 we expanded into the UK. Arbonne will be expanding globally in the coming years. Most people haven't even heard of this 27 year old company! Most of our market is completely untapped and we are a long way from being a household name, but we will be! We now have the ability to help women in other countries...perhaps it is a small world after all! When I was researching Arbonne, I quickly noticed they do not have anything to hide! Everything I wanted to know was on the website. I didn't have to give my personal information or wait to hear from a consultant to get the information I wanted. The compensation plan is extremely generous...one of the best in the industry. It includes 35-80% commission, Mercedes-Benz cash bonus program, travel opportunities, incentives and recognition, and override bonuses. Arbonne's core values include personal growth, leadership, and ethics. The free training and support is unsurpassed with Arbonne University, the Learn and Burn programs, and upline support. The biggest thing I personally have found frustrating is that it took me so long to find this company! Everything happens for a reason, so I am grateful to be here now! It's a nice change to have our future in our hands, and not my employer’s hands! The cost to start the business varies from country to country, but the starter packet is just about the same. It includes your Consultant ID and pin numbers, StartNOW tools (including Welcome to Arbonne audio CD, New Consultant workbook, Consultant Manual, SuccessPlan, and Policies and Procedures), Consultant tools (including Product Catalog, Company Brochure, Compensation Summary, and Eye on Arbonne Success Stories), Fliers (including what is autoship?, how to order, and Arbonne University), and forms (including Application and Agreement, Consultant order form, Retail price list and order form, and return form). Cost is $29 in the United States, $39 in Canada, $45 in Australia, and 20pounds in the UK. Once assigned your id number, you will receive 35% off all the products and qualify for specials where you can get up to 80% off the products. Lastly, I wish I would have utilized the power of duplication when I started my business. When involved with a direct sales company, don't try to reinvent the wheel. It's already been done for you...the road has been paved for you to follow. ANYONE who has a good, strong why and a little determination can make their dreams come true. So start dreaming again!
